Cancellation & Refund Policy
Change of Mind
Because our products are printed and packed to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Accidental orders
Please review item descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is:
- Faulty or defective
- Significantly different from what was advertised
- Unsafe or unfit for purpose
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wombatwisdomwildlifeinc@gmail.com with:
1. Your full name and order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Photos showing the problem
We’ll assess your claim and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund (including postage) will be issued.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags or packaging intact.
Returns must be approved before posting.
Approved returns must be sent within 14 days of authorization.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product fault is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We’ll email you once your refund has been completed.
Exemptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds and exchanges cannot be accepted for:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered
