These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Wombat Wisdom Wildlife Care Shop, operated by Wombat Wisdom Wildlife Care in Victoria, Australia. By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Our merchandise sales directly fund wildlife rescue and rehabilitation efforts. We appreciate your support and your understanding that, as a small wildlife charity, items are handmade and may vary slightly from product images.
Shipping & Delivery Policy Processing Time
All orders are printed, packed, and dispatched within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timeframes (Australia-Wide) Estimated delivery after dispatch: Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal delays, and seasonal demand (such as Christmas or sale events).
Delivery Delays and Out-of-Stock Items
While we do our best to keep all products in stock, there may be occasions when certain items temporarily sell out. If an item is out of stock or delayed, you will be contacted promptly and given the option to:
- Wait for restock,
- Choose an alternative item, or
- Receive a full refund for the unavailable product.
Delivery may also take longer during busy seasons or due to postal or supplier delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding — as a small wildlife-funded operation, every order is prepared carefully and with gratitude.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size, and destination. We strive to keep postage affordable while ensuring safe delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist with a courier or Australia Post investigation. While we cannot be held responsible for postal delays or lost parcels once dispatched, we will always help you resolve any issues where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
Products & Availability
All items are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, texture, or print placement may occur due to handmade printing processes and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products without prior notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will offer a refund, replacement, or backorder.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept secure payments via PayPal, Afterpay, and major credit/debit cards. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will always be honored at the time of purchase.
Shipping Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, with estimated delivery between 5–10 business days (standard) or 2–5 business days (express). We are not responsible for postal delays once your parcel is in transit but will assist with tracking issues where possible.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds and returns are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

All content, designs, text, logos, and images on our website are the property of Wombat Wisdom Wildlife Care unless otherwise noted. They may not be reproduced or distributed for commercial use without written permission.
Liability
We take great care to ensure all information and products are accurate and safe. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our site or products.
Your statutory consumer rights under the ACL remain unaffected.
